Guidelines and Environmental Management Systems are the basis for sustainable environmental corporate conduct in our company policy. We reduce the environmental impact by integral consideration of the entire value-added chain of our construction-, real estate- and infrastructure projects including planning, performance, operation and maintenance. Thus we are also reducing the burden on our customers’ budgets.

Keywords: preventive measures, energy saving solutions for new construction, renovation, modern building facilities, integration of photovoltaic- and solar heat facilities, materials management in consideration of resources as well as ecologically sensitive waste management with a high recycling rate.
