SKE International offers a broad spectrum of construction services where the principal focus is on modernization and renovation of a wide range of existing facilities. Services include repair, renovation and minor construction support.
Today, almost half of SKE’s service to the US Government falls within the scope of new construction, construction management and construction related services.
Government Construction
SKE was a pioneer in the U.S. Army Job Order Contract (JOC) program in Germany as well as the similar Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) program for the U.S. Air Force. SKE also accomplishes a variety of other renovation, repair and facility upgrade services under programs for the U.S. Government such as:

Commercial Construction
We offer you a broad range of design and build construction services. We take your ideas and basic concepts and define a project that will, when completed, meet your expectations. Using our proven life cycle project management approach, we maintain a presence on every project to assure high quality and timely completion.
Our clients include the Department of Defense, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force. We perform services for these clients through a wide variety of contracting vehicles including Job Order Contracts (JOC), Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER), Delivery Order Construction Contracts (DOCC), Task Order Contracts and Indefinite Quantity Delivery Order Contracts. While there are variations between contracts, the basic concept is similar: providing quality construction services at a fair and reasonable price.
