Family Housing Service Order Contract SKE performs Military Family Housing (MFH) Service Orders (SO) at Fort Leavenworth for permanent, historical and student housing for approximately 1580 housing units. Fort Leavenworth, the oldest active Army post west of the Mississippi River, has one of the largest inventories of historical buildings and family housing units. SKE provides all management, materials and labor as well as the management of subcontractors for specialty work items. We perform over 5,000 SO’s annually.
